OOTP EXPORT GUIDE

Create the four CSV reports.

Open your Draft Pool, then select either All Batters or All Pitchers.
Choose Customize, check Player ID, then click OK.
Choose Report, then Write Report to CSV.
Repeat for batting ratings, batting potential, pitching ratings, and pitching potential.

Player ID keeps every current and potential row matched to the correct player and is preserved in the StatsPlus export.

SCOUTING WEIGHTS

Build the board your way.

These sliders set importance, not the kind of rating you want. 0 means no preference—the player is neither rewarded nor penalized for that tool. 50 is balanced, and 100 gives it maximum emphasis. The score automatically rebalances across your remaining priorities.

01 Hitter priorities

THE PHILOSOPHY

Hitters

BABIP, Avoid K, gap, power, eye, speed, stealing ability, and defense are independent inputs. Only their sliders change their importance.

Defense

The fielding ratings relevant to a player's position are averaged evenly. There is no automatic shortstop, center-field, or range bonus.

Pitchers

Stuff, movement, HRA, pitcher BABIP, control, and stamina are weighted directly and identically for starters and relievers.

Personality

Work ethic, intelligence, leadership, and adaptability remain visible as scouting context. They do not change the numerical ranking.
